- Potential Delays: Unforeseen delays may occur due to manufacturer issues, customs clearance, or major shipping company holidays (typically late January/February). Plan accordingly.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are only permitted within 24 hours of order confirmation, as we process shipments immediately.
- Once the product ships from
our overseas warehouse, cancellations are no longer possible.

Incorrect/Incomplete Addresses:
- If a package is returned due to errors in customer information (e.g., wrong address, missing details), we will reship it via cash on delivery (COD).
- Returned items are held for 30 days. After this period, refunds incur a 40% restocking fee (covers packing materials and processing).
- Failed Deliveries: No refunds or reshipments if packages are unclaimed, returned without notice, or exceed the 30-day holding period.
