Quality Expectations
- Overseas Production: Items manufactured overseas may exhibit minor imperfections, such as loose threads (not causing fraying), tight buttonholes, folded wrinkles, or slight stitching variations. These are not considered defects.
- Printed Fabrics: Due to fabric cutting and sewing processes, patterns on printed items may differ slightly from product images. Such variations are inherent to production and do not qualify for returns/exchanges.
- Size Variations: Measurements may vary by 2-3cm due to manufacturing processes. Please review size charts carefully before purchasing.
Return Process for Defective Items
To request a return/exchange for a defective item:
